Do you prefer Gin to Rum? Vodka to Tequila? Or perhaps you've wanted to understand all about Cognac or Whiskey? This Spirits class 101 covers the making of the above spirits, what are the differences in the different styles, and of course, how to mix them properly. This is the first spirits class of it's kind, and we'd love to have you participate. Please join me and Ted Glennon, the Wine Smarties Spirits Guru for a delicious and informative evening.

Wine 101: Blind Tasting Like a Pro

In this Wine 101 Class, we will go over the professional way of analyzing wines according to the industry standard 'grid.' We will discuss flavors, age of wine, body, alcohol, tannins, acid, sugar level and conclude with overall quality and readiness to drink. This is a great intro course towards learning about your palate. This will be a beginner to intermediate level class. Costs $30pp or $25 each if you book with one more person. RSVP required.
